Standalone reconstruction code for the T2K ND280 TOF.

Python code to create graphs from ROOT files to train a GNN for ghost/crosstalk identification in the SuperFGD. Also contains the second part of the Interface, i.e. reading the GNN output and creating ROOT files to be read in the ND280 software.
