Numu selection updates

Implement some updates on numu selection: (1) add TKI variables in numu CC0pi analysis truth tree; (2) add (but for the moment disabled) delayed signal cut in SFGD muon selection; (3) extend TKI variable functions (mainly to solve the issue from const float to float conversion failed when calling TKI functions in filling truth tree).
